CENCORE LLC is Hiring a Remote HR Assistant

Job Description:


Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the Human Resources team
  • Answer employee and management questions on a variety of HR related topics including providing basic knowledge of HR policies and procedures
  • Prepare memos, reports, and other correspondence
  • Maintain both hard and digital copies of employees' records
  • Facilitate the background check and I-9 process for new hires
  • Support the recruiting function by creating offer letters
  • Assist with benefits enrollment, benefits reports, validations, and audits
  • Manage and maintain information within Cencore's HRIS
Job Requirements:
  • Highschool Diploma or Higher with a Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Prior Human Resources administration experience of at least 1 year or higher preferred
  • Excellent attention to detail and experience handling confidential information
  • Proficient organizational skills, with the proven ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Ability to collaborate effectively at all levels of the organization
  • Experience using Excel and PowerPoint to manipulate data and develop charts/reports
